Sam’s Bark Buddies was founded in 2010 by dog-obsessed Samantha Lewis-James. As a certified dog walker with qualifications in Animal Care, Dog Behaviour & Training and Canine First Aid, Sam has a wealth of experience and is committed to understanding each individual dog’s needs. Sam has decided it’s time to branch out and establish a bespoke dog care service in West London. Sam is passionate about her work and has trained a like-minded team of dedicated animal lovers to ensure West London’s dogs are in the very best of hands.
We offer a variety of services: One to One Walks, Buddy Up Walks, Puppy Play, Overnight and The Extra Mile (evening care), all of which are detailed on 'Our Services' page. We always ensure your precious pup receives the undivided attention of a trained Bark Buddy who has spent time with you and understands your dog’s needs. As a bespoke service, our time is yours and so we will always aim to be flexible and accommodating - just ask!
Our walkers will always treat your pet as their own and their happiness, comfort and safety will always be of utmost important to us. Your Bark Buddy will send regular ‘pupdates’ so that you can see what your dog has been up to and what a wonderful time they’re having.
As well as ensuring exemplary dog care, the team at Sam’s Bark Buddies are totally committed to providing a completely environmentally friendly service. All dog walkers live within walking or cycling distance of their clients; all dogs are collected on foot so that you don’t have to worry about your dog travelling in vehicles and, equally importantly, the reliability of your dedicated walkers.
How it Works
Once you've filled out our registration form we will be in touch to arrange an initial phone call to find out more about you and your dog and how we can help. Following a good chat, we'll set up a free half hour face-to-face consultation which involves meeting with Sam and your designated walker; this is an ideal chance to ask as many questions as you like and most importantly gives your pup a good chance to get to know his Buddy.
